This detached, renovated, single-story vacation home with approximately 80 m² of living space is located in the Diele district and can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to its central location, many interesting attractions in the surrounding area are easily accessible.
The vacation home has two bedrooms: The first bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, and dishwasher. A washing machine and a freezer compartment are also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink; the toilet is located separately.
In the cozy living room, a seating area and a TV invite you to relax. The house is mostly equipped with radiant floor heating; while the hallway and the second bedroom are equipped with radiators.
Another highlight is the large terrace with an awning and sweeping views. Whether it’s breakfast in the fresh air or cozy barbecue evenings—here you can enjoy your vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and final cleaning are included in the price.
The vacation home includes a parking space and a carport. Bicycles can be stored safely in the adjacent lockable garage. There is also the option to charge e-bikes there.
Ideal for cyclists and nature lovers: The vacation home is located directly on the International Dollard Route and the network of bike paths with a junction system.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
