From the cozy garden with a terrace, you can enjoy views of the Karawanken Mountains, including the beautiful Mittageskogel, the Landskron ruins, and the Gerlitzen.<br>The apartment is modern, bright, and warmly furnished. It features 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 1 living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1 dining room with a cozy, large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and much more). The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer; the guest bathroom has a washing machine; and the storage room offers plenty of space (clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron, Dyson vacuum cleaner, and much more). Bed linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi!!<br>The free parking space is right next to the apartment (by the garden door). The accompanying lockable basement storage unit offers plenty of space for ski gear or bicycles, complete with its own bike rack. There is also a charging station for e-bikes available there. <br>A crib and high chair, as well as lounge chairs and a children’s wading pool, are available upon request.<br>Nearby grocery stores, a pharmacy, doctors, and public transportation are another plus.<br>Villach Landskron has plenty of green space, perfect for walking, exercising, hiking, and relaxing. In the immediate vicinity are, for example, Lake Ossiach, Lake Magdalenen, Lake Faaker See, and Lake Wörthersee is also not far away. Hiking, swimming, skiing, biking, golfing—the surrounding area offers many possibilities. Sights and entertainment such as the Landskron Castle Ruins with the Eagle Sanctuary, Affenberg, or Villach’s Old Town—there’s something for everyone.
