¡Felicidades! ¡Es posible que haya encontrado el lugar de vacaciones más relajante y divertido en Myrtle Beach Grand Strand! Crecimos vacacionando durante todo el Strand durante años antes de encontrar este condominio frente al mar en Shore Drive aislado para nuestra casa de vacaciones. 'A Place at the Beach IV' se encuentra directamente en la playa ... no necesitará cruzar la calle. Es un edificio tranquilo de 3 pisos con terrenos bien cuidados que tiene una sensación de pueblo. Este condominio recientemente renovado se encuentra en el piso superior y ofrece más privacidad y una vista fabulosa del océano y del muelle de Apache. La playa aquí es amplia y muy limpia como es este condominio. Lo encontrará bien equipado con comodidades para mantener a todos en casa y felices:

• Capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente ... La habitación principal tiene una cama queen, la segunda habitación tiene una cama doble y una cama doble. Sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size
• 2 baños completos
• Cocina totalmente equipada - encimeras de superficie sólida. Mesa para 4 más barra de desayuno.

Kathi was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great location and was very clean upon arrival. It had a fully stocked kitchen and she even provided beach chairs! It is on the third level so keep in mind you have to climb the stairs.

Love the location. Shore Drive area has so much to offer and the beaches our front of the unit are among the widest, flattest on the strand. Easy access via US 22 (Conway Bypass) and never have to get out on business 17. Many walkable restaurants.

Rainy Getaway

We unfortunately visited during Debby so it rained every day. The location and residence were both accommodating to deal with all the rain. There were a lot of indoor activities to do within a short drive or even a short walk. We would definitely choose this location again. Kathi even called to check on us during the storms and to give us ideas on what we could do to pass time.

Nice week at the beach

We had a great week at the Black Pearl. Nice location near the pier. Condo has a great view of the beach. Host is great to deal with.

Best Vacation Ever!

My daughter and her little family joined me on this vacation. We stayed here at the Black Pearl and it was absolutely PERFECT for us! My son-in-law has never been outside of Ohio, so the look (and tears) on his face when he seen the condo and ocean were priceless! The unit was clean, tidy, and had a great balcony view of the ocean! Kathi was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. We hope to do this every year! Thank you Kathi for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Great Location

Great condo in an excellent location. Owner is very responsive to issues. We really enjoyed our stay. If I had to find something negative to say, it would be that the master bedroom could use a new mattress. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Would definitely come back.

Can’t predict the weather

This unit was good, tasteful decor, master bed very comfortable, other bed noisy with any movement. Master bath very small, anyone bigger than size XL, might find it a tight squeeze. Some level of fitness required as third floor no elevator. Shopping, grocery, and restaurants all just a short drive away. Pool area clean and well maintained. A lovely vacation spot with direct access to the beach.

Excellent value, beachfront!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay at The Black Pearl. From the pictures, I didn’t think it would be as much of a walk to the beach as it was, but oh well. Lots of stairs, and this unit is located closer to the parking lot than the beach. Excellent views though, and we loved sitting out on the balcony watching the waves. Condo is well-equipped. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. After a quick grocery run, we had everything we needed! Dishwasher and ice maker were nice touches. Cookware provided. Keurig and regular coffee maker available. The handle on the coffee pot is hanging on by a thread though—could have been scary to drop a pot of hot coffee! Appreciated ceiling fans in every room. Linens and towels provided. Mattress in the main bedroom is terribly worn out and needs replaced. It was so saggy in the middle, that my husband put 2 pillows under the mattress for some support. I considered sleeping on the sofa. Laundry available just a short walk on the 3rd floor. Can pay by smartphone via app, so that was nice to not need quarters. This stretch of the beach seemed less busy and we loved that. It was great being able to just walk out and be there. Pool was great too—heated and lots of fun for the kids. From what I could tell though, no restroom…? Overall, it was perfect for our family spring break and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful space!

We had a wonderful time staying at the black pearl and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Very spacious, clean and perfect location on the beach! Kathi was readily available for questions we had and everyone we were in contact with were so nice!

The 'Black Pearl' vacation condo is owned by the Auble and McKnight families. We grew up in South Carolina and Ohio and always summered on the Grand Strand. Our parents originally discovered that 'A Place at the Beach IV' is the best vacation spot on the Strand and bought this condo for use by family and guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

A Place at the Beach IV is ideally situated on a secluded dead end street yet provides easy access to all the best the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. This condo faces the morning sun on the more quiet and relaxing side of the resort. The beach here is beautiful and it has Life Guards for safety during the summer season. There are lots of fun areas to discover nearby. A couple favorites are the quaint fresh shrimp and fruit stand a couple blocks away and a waterway inlet up the beach where kids catch crabs and other sea creatures.
