The Apartment
This small, cozy accommodations are located on a farm between Wismar and Schwerin. The quiet location and the approximately 5,000 m² farmstead with a garden and many animals ensure relaxing days in a peaceful setting. The 20 m² apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people plus a toddler. It’s ideal for people seeking tranquility in a natural setting. The short distances to Wismar and Schwerin also make it ideal for technicians and commuters. In front of the house, there is a seating area with a view of the greenery, a barbecue area, and a swing chair. You’re welcome to help yourself to produce from the large fruit and vegetable garden.

The living room/bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m wide), a single bed, and a table with two armchairs. Satellite TV and board games provide entertainment for cozy evenings. Blackout curtains and insect screens are provided. The small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. A travel crib, parking in front of the house, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
