This bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room vacation apartment, measuring 62 m² and located on the 1st floor, can accommodate up to 4 people. It’s located in a quiet area and offers the perfect retreat for your relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. Experience breathtaking sunsets, long walks on the beach, and the fresh sea air.

The inviting living room, featuring a spacious livingand dining area and a beautiful west-facing balcony for relaxing evenings is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa for up to 2 people, a spacious dining table for up to 4 people, and a flat-screen TV. A Wi-Fi connection (unlimited data plan) is available here free of charge.

The fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for cooking with friends, invites you to embark on culinary adventures and features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, etc., and is fully equipped.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, a sideboard for small items, and a travel crib for the youngest guests. The bedroom has a window equipped with insect screens.

The modern shower room with a window includes a washing machine. All rooms are accessible separately.

The parking space assigned to the apartment is located in front of the house and is included in the price.

The vacation property, featuring individually and newly furnished vacation apartments, is located in Börgerende on Seestraße, approximately 300 meters from the natural beach and approximately 400 meters from the clothed and nude beaches.
There is one parking space for each apartment right next to the building.

The vacation property is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area by car, bike, or on foot.
Walks along the coast toward Kühlungsborn or Warnemünde are perfect for taking a deep breath in the invigorating Baltic Sea climate and finding peace and relaxation.
Via the Baltic Sea Coastal Bike Path, you can reach Kühlungsborn Ost, which is 9 km and just under 30 minutes from Börgerende.
Via Nienhagen and the Diedrichshäger Land, you can reach the Baltic Sea port of Warnemünde—15 km away—in just under an hour by bike along the beach path.
