The apartments in Ustka on Wczasowa Street are a complex of four modern apartment buildings located in the eastern part of the city. The area is characterized by exceptional climatic conditions due to its proximity to the forest and the sea. It is one of the most important health resorts in Poland.

The residential complex is monitored. Nearby is the well-known Hotel Grand Lubicz, where guests can use the sauna, pool, tennis court, or bowling alley for a fee.

The apartments feature high-quality amenities, and each includes a kitchenette. The building is equipped with an elevator.

For select apartments, the complex offers on-site parking or parking in front of the building (for an additional fee during the season).

Dogs are allowed in the selected apartments. The additional cost for staying with a four-legged friend is 100 PLN (one-time fee). We ask guests planning to stay with a dog to contact our service at the local office in advance.
Apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.
A refundable security deposit of 300 PLN will be collected on site.

To check in before arrival, you must complete certain online procedures, such as: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).
At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code on the door or via a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
