Apartments in Ustka on Wczasowa Street are a complex of four modern apartment buildings located in the eastern part of the city. The area is characterized by exceptional climatic characteristics due to its proximity to the forest and the sea. It is one of the most important spa resorts in Poland.

The residential complex is monitored. Nearby is the well-known Grand Lubicz Hotel, where you can use the sauna, pool, tennis court or bowling alley for a fee.

The apartments are characterized by a high standard of equipment, each with a kitchenette. The building is equipped with an elevator.

For selected apartments, the complex offers parking on site or in front of the building (in season at an additional cost).

It is possible to arrive at the selected apartments with a dog. The additional cost of staying with a four-legged friend is PLN 100 (single fee). Guests who are planning to stay with a dog are kindly requested to contact our service at the local office in advance.
Apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels.
Tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash on the day of check-in at the local office.
A refundable deposit of PLN 300 will be charged on site.

To check in before arrival, online formalities must be completed, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental price (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax, etc. any additional fees chosen by the guest (e.g. parking when staying with a dog).
In selected establishments, it is possible to enter the apartment via a code on the door or via a key machine. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. Key collection information will be provided a few days prior to your arrival., If key collection is at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to your arrival).
