The complex is located in a quiet part of Ustka. Some of the apartments offer a beautiful view of the dunes. The property is located in a quiet part of Ustka. From some of the apartments, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the dunes. The beach and the city center are within easy reach, which makes the location particularly popular with our guests. It’s the ideal place for people who want to spend their free time away from the noise of the city.

There are two local stores on the property. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette.

Dogs are allowed in select apartments. There is a one-time fee of 100 PLN for bringing a pet. Guests planning to bring a dog are asked to contact the staff at the local office in advance by phone (you can find the phone number on our website under the CONTACT section).

The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels. You can borrow a high chair and a baby bathtub free of charge. We provide a travel crib for an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay).

You may bring your dog to the selected apartments. The additional cost for staying with a four-legged friend is 100 PLN (one-time fee). We ask guests planning to stay with a dog to contact our local office in advance.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.
A refundable security deposit of PLN 300 will be collected on site.
IMPORTANT!
To check in before arrival, you must complete certain online procedures, such as: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), the cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).
At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
