The following house rules are considered accepted upon booking:

1. **Check-in** is available from 4:00 PM | **Check-out** is no later than 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability, with an additional fee. Guests who remain beyond the agreed check-out time and/or hinder or delay our cleaning service will be held liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.) is prohibited inside the apartment, as well as in hallways and common areas. Exception: Smoking is allowed on the balcony (with the balcony door closed). Please use the ashtray and do not throw cigarettes off the balcony. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of any special cleaning and, if necessary, damage repairs.
3. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even in gardens, on terraces, balconies, or in common areas (e.g., hallways, bicycle storage rooms, etc.).
4. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive sound levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
6. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €50 per night for each unauthorized guest.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violations of the pet policy will incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of any special cleaning and, if necessary, damage repairs.
8. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
9. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
11. By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
12. At least one of the arriving guests must complete the registration form online as required by the Federal Registration Act.
