Look forward to a vacation in our modern vacation rental. You’ll be staying in a newly built, very well-equipped property that has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. The accommodation offers barrier-free access on the first floor—from the private parking space right in front of your own front door, through the walk-in rain shower, all the way to your private terrace—making it ideal for families with infants, children, seniors, people with mobility challenges, and, above all, dogs.

Enjoy the spacious living environment of over 100 square meters and relax in a Physiotherm infrared sauna. The modern floor heating cools the space on hot days and provides pleasant warmth on cold days. Electric venetian blinds and roller shutters, extra-wide doors, and biomineral plaster ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment. Seating and a grill are available on the large sun terrace. An electric charging station is available for electric cars.

You’ll sleep comfortably. The first bedroom, featuring a very large 200 x 200 cm king-size box-spring bed, is quiet and soundproofed. The second bedroom is equipped with a large 180 x 200 cm bed, an additional shower, and an infrared sauna. The second bedroom can be accessed through the first bedroom or directly from the terrace.
In addition, several cribs are available upon request.

we are offering our modern, 100-square-meter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation rental on the Moselle. We’re centrally located on Treiser Marktplatz, with restaurants and an ice cream parlor right across the street; just one street over are wineries, vineyards, and the Moselle.
Popular German tourist destinations
—the town of COCHEM and the “Traumpfad” trail to Eltz Castle—are not far away.

Thanks to the organic mineral plaster and the underfloor heating—which can cool the space in the summer—the apartment offers a cozy and healthy indoor climate.
