Small cozy 3 room apartment in Berlin Rudow near BER airport and science center Adlershof. Fully equipped with own kitchen and bathroom. Two bedrooms one with double bed and one with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Suitable for 1-6 persons. Good connection to the city center. Rudow subway station is a 10-minute walk away. By car 12min to the Hurricane Factory wind tunnel and 40min to Tropical Island. Fast and free WLAN.

The Space:
The apartment has just been completely built and consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed 1.40m wide, the other bedroom can be reached via a ladder and has two single 90cm beds which can be pushed together or apart as required.
The sturdy couch in the living room can be pulled out. The apartment is ideal for two to four people, with six people it gets cozy and cramped :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils (fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots etc.).
The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin and towel heating so you can dry off with a warm towel after showering. There is also a washing machine.
A 36-inch smart TV with HDMI connection is available in the living room. Netflix, Amazon Prime and co. can be used with your own account. The internet connection is very fast, so you can surf the web and work on your laptop without any problems.

There are plenty of parking spaces right outside the front door in the small street.

It is a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station (U-Rudow). From here you can reach the most important sights in the city center within 40min.

The BER airport is 30 minutes away by public transport or 12 minutes by car (approx. 45€ by cab).

Tropical Island can be reached by car via the highway in an hour and is a great experience, especially for children, and highly recommended.

The cute little town center of Berlin Rudow with its small stores, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

There are no additional costs on site.
