Our MARIA apartment was completely renovated as part of the building’s renovation in 2024. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious living area of 140 square meters. It accommodates up to four people and is equipped with Wi-Fi. The two bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms are particularly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant evenings in good company. Three-meter-high ceilings give the apartment a stately feel. The tasteful furnishings round out the ambiance and create a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. You can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine on your private balcony.<br><br>A special feature of the building is the spacious inner courtyard. With us, you can stay right in the center of Kaltern, and a covered parking space is available for your vehicle right next to the building. The courtyard also offers additional seating areas and a small lawn for sunbathing. You can park your bicycles dry and secure on the first floor of the building. Outlets for charging your e-bikes are available. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine that you can use at no additional charge. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. You can securely store your valuables in the safe. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds.<br><br>The price includes bed linens and towels for four people. The local visitor’s tax is payable separately. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
