Welcome to the "Seal House" holiday home in Olpenitz. The house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and is very close to the Baltic Sea. This 80 m² detached holiday home extends over two floors. You'll find a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
Large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere. In the living area, you can relax on the sofa, read a good book, or watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The sofa converts into a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and provides sleeping space for two children. On cool evenings, the fireplace radiates a cozy warmth.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your family. A bathroom completes the ground floor. The bathroom features a window with privacy screening, a shower, a towel warmer, and, as a special highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two box-spring beds (90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. To ensure a restful sleep, both rooms have blackout curtains and mosquito nets. The bathroom features a skylight with privacy screen, a towel warmer, a bathtub, and a hairdryer.
Enjoy the furnished terrace for relaxing, barbecues, or simply unwinding in the beach chair. Your furry friends are not only welcome, but encouraged to stay. A bike rack and a lockable shed are available for your bicycles, whether you bring them with you or rent them from the tour guide. And it's not just your bikes that are taken care of: there's a parking space for your car in front of the house. The house accommodates four adults and two children.
