The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful seaside resort-style villa that was newly built in 2002. Great care was taken to preserve the charm of the historic seaside resort architecture.

The villa captivates with its exceptional and peaceful location at the start of Binz’s famous beach promenade—also known as Fischerstrand—and in the immediate vicinity of the Binzer Granitz. An unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea underscores the exclusivity of the “Strandperle” and makes it truly unique—an impression you can already get from our small photo gallery. The villa is situated right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!

You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments.
Some of the apartments boast a stunning, in some cases unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, parking spaces next to the building, balconies with Baltic Sea views, washing machines and dryers available for a fee in the basement, an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10/night & pet cleaning fee of €25/booking), but with the following restrictions:

-max 1 pet per vacation apartment

-House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in bed)

-Child-friendly

The two-room apartment on the second floor is ideal for up to two people. The apartment features a balcony with a stunning direct ocean view.


Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2-room apartment, which offers spacious living comfort across 49 m². Enjoy the stunning, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from your own balcony—a perfect place to start or end the day.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchenette offers everything you need for a successful self-catering stay: a ceramic-glass stove, a dishwasher, and practical appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A large closet provides ample storage space for your clothes. The modern bathroom features a corner shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

For your summer stay, you’ll have your own beach chair at your disposal—enjoy the sun and the sea to the fullest. A free parking space right next to the apartment and Wi-Fi round out the amenities.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
