The Hohe-Lith Residence, Apartment 303, offers high-quality accommodations spanning a spacious 77 m², featuring excellent amenities and comfortable living space—ideal for families or small travel groups. The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern four-story building, which is easily accessible by elevator. You’ll enjoy a private parking space right next to the building, making arrival and departure a breeze.

Inside the vacation rental, you’ll find three well-laid-out rooms, including two separate bedrooms with vinyl flooring, which can accommodate a total of six people. The large living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a modern TV (35–44 inches), and—along with a selection of books and a CD and Blu-ray player—invites you to relax and unwind. So you’re all set for a pleasant evening of entertainment.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. This makes it easy to prepare both quick snacks and full-course meals.

Additional amenities include a modern bathroom with a shower (and tub), a separate guest restroom, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. A shared washer and dryer are available to ensure that even longer stays can be comfortable. An iron, ironing board, and a clothes rack round out the practical amenities.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under the building code. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation rental comes with a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 vacation rentals with 350 GB of capacity. Depending on current usage by guests, there may be significant temporary restrictions on Wi-Fi availability. An uninterrupted “workation” cannot be guaranteed at this facility.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance typically takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
