Vacation apartment Borkum Robbe

The vacation rental is approximately 45 square meters in size, is accessible via a staircase and the large rooftop terrace, and is located in a small residential complex with 7 apartments.
In the morning, you’ll be awakened by the sun’s rays in the bedroom. Around noon, you can enjoy the sun in the beach tent on the terrace and watch the sunset in the evening.
You’ll be thrilled by the large rooftop terrace.
A beautiful, cozy, and tastefully furnished two-room apartment with everything you need for self-catering. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo and filter coffee makers, refrigerator, and tasteful tableware. A hand mixer and waffle iron for making delicious treats are also available. Various groceries, as well as sugar, flour, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, are provided in the cabinets.
The bedroom has laminate flooring and is decorated in a welcoming style. The double bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 meters and consists of two single mattresses. You can easily store your clothes and linens in a 3-door wardrobe and two dressers.
The kitchen, living room, and shower room are tiled. The comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The living room features a TV with a DVD player and a stereo system with USB, line-in, and SD/MMC card slots. A selection of games is also available, as well as various paperbacks to read.
A table and chairs are provided on the large rooftop terrace. You can enjoy the sun while sheltered from the wind in the beach tent. From October through April, the patio furniture is NOT available.
The apartment is equipped exactly as you would expect from a vacation rental. You’ll spend your vacation in an apartment offering superior comfort and high-quality amenities. The overall ambiance is harmoniously coordinated and is sure to delight you. The living room and bedroom are adorned with beautiful artwork.
The climate on Borkum is particularly beneficial for people with allergies. We have designed our apartment with this in mind and furnished/equipped it to be allergy-friendly. For this reason, NO PETS are allowed. This is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
You can order a linens package—consisting of bed linens as well as dish towels, hand towels, and bath towels—directly when booking if you do not wish to bring your own linens.
The guest tax charged by the city of Borkum is 4.80 euros per person per day. As of 25.10.2024.. You will receive a payment request via email approximately 1 month before your arrival. The guest cards will then be sent to you by email from the Borkum Tourist Information Office. To do this, we need your email address. Access to the apartment cannot be granted without advance payment of the guest tax.
The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the island. Bicycle and hiking trails start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be rented from various rental shops.

You won’t need a car on the island of Borkum. There is no parking available at the house.
Please pay the visitor’s tax collected by the town of Borkum on site, unless you have already registered online.
The fastest ferry connection departs from Eemshaven, NL. The trip takes about 60 minutes. From the ferry terminal, a narrow-gauge train takes you to the Borkum train station. From there, you can take the bus to the “Klinik” stop or take a taxi. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the apartment.
You can reach the apartment on the 1st floor via the outdoor staircase on the right side of the building. Next to the front door is a key safe containing a key to the apartment. Another key to the apartment, as well as the keys to the mailbox and the solid waste container, are hanging on the coat rack inside the apartment. Upon departure, please return one apartment key to the safe and reset the combination.
