The vacation rental is located north of downtown Rheine. Downtown, with its wide variety of shopping options, is about 2 km away. Take a stroll through the pedestrian zone and visit the new “Emsgalerie.” When the sun is shining, the atmosphere around the market square is especially lovely—and the Falkenhof Museum is also nearby. Just a few minutes’ walk from the vacation rental is the “Bentlager Dreiklang,” home to the impressive Bentlage Monastery, the Salinenpark, and the Rheine Nature Zoo. Quiet paths wind through the expansive grounds and lead all the way to the banks of the Ems.
Cyclists will find their own little paradise in and around Rheine. Two of the most popular themed routes—the 100 Castles Route and the Ems Cycle Path—run through Rheine. Additional bike tours on the Münsterland’s 4,500-km network of signposted bike paths lead to Gravenhorst Abbey near Hörstel, the picturesque old town of Steinfurt, or all the way to Bad Bentheim. Finally, Rheine is also the starting point for the excellent Hermannsweg, which enjoys an outstanding reputation among hikers.
The hosts place great importance on personalized service. This begins with the key handoff. They’re also happy to assist you at any time with questions about the vacation rental or leisure activities.
The vacation rental features a particularly large south-facing balcony and a spacious 22 m² living room. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals, or you can enjoy dinner at the Bentlager-Grill, just 50 meters away (highly recommended!).
