The vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building on a quiet one-way street, very close to the Falderndelft (about 50 m). This is a great starting point for lovely walks along the water or a stroll through the nearby downtown area. Of course, you can also set out on beautiful bike rides or car trips from here. You can park your car on Kranstraße.

The apartment measures approximately 28 m² and is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, and a storage room; it is suitable for a maximum of one person. The bed in the bedroom measures 1.20 x 2.00 m. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and a cooking area (with 4 burners). Of course, a smart TV and a radio are also provided. In addition, there is a fold-out table in the living area that can be used for dining or working.
This is a non-smoking accommodation; pets are not allowed.

Emden’s attractions, such as the East Frisian State Museum in Emden, the Emden Art Gallery, Dat Otto Huus, the Pelzerhäuser, and the Ratsdelft with its historic ships, are all within easy walking distance.
