The Strandzeit 02 (SZ02) vacation rental is located right by the sea in Cuxhaven. With 26 m² of space, it offers the perfect setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay—whether you’re a couple, a solo traveler, or a small family. Located on the first floor of a two-story house, the apartment was last renovated in 2025 and combines modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll notice the apartment’s well-thought-out design. The open living area flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen that meets all expectations for contemporary comfort. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker round out the offerings. This ensures that nothing stands in the way of hassle-free self-catering.

A flat-screen TV (44–55 inches) with digital cable reception and a radio provide entertainment. Reliable Wi-Fi access is also available, so you’re connected to the internet at all times. The apartment features vinyl flooring throughout and has privacy screens on all windows, allowing you to enjoy your privacy.

The combined living room and bedroom sleeps up to two people. The vacation rental is strictly non-smoking, which guarantees a pleasant indoor environment. Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes kleines Apartment, bei dem es eigentlich an nichts fehlt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet! Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, in 5 Minuten beim Bäcker und beim Aldi. Das Haus war im Winter sehr ruhig. Als Mini Vorschlag: es wäre toll, wenn es eine Tagesdecke gäbe, um das Bett tagsüber abzudecken. Für Alleinreisende eine top Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung wurde gerade neu renoviert und ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben selten so gute Matratzen in einer Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß und am Strandzugang befindet sich direkt das Restaurant mit Meerblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, zwischen Duhnen und der Kugelbake, direkt in Döse gelegen, in der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer direkt nebenan gelegenen Pizzeria. So konnten wir alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
