Vacations in the countryside and near the city

We cordially invite you to our cozy vacation rental in the beautiful Werste neighborhood. Renovated in 2024, the apartment is conveniently located despite its rural setting and, thanks to its proximity to the highway, offers easy access to all the central areas of the spa town.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse and, in addition to two parking spaces, offers free use of a bike garage for your e-bikes.
Through the private entrance with two steps, you’ll find seating in front of the house when the weather is nice.

Kitchen:
The kitchen-diner features an armchair and a table for four people; a high chair can be provided upon request. In addition to standard appliances such as a coffee maker and microwave, a food processor is also available.

Living Room:
The former “Deele” features a cozy two-seater sofa and an armchair with a footstool, perfect for relaxing. The TV is a smart TV.

Bedroom:
While the first bedroom is furnished with a classic double bed, the second bedroom features a 1.20-meter-wide single bed. This can accommodate two children if necessary. Alternatively, a crib can be added if needed.
Both bedrooms also feature a closet and a TV.

Location:
The area where the apartment is located offers the opportunity to explore nature on foot or by bike. For example, the “Rund um den Jordansprudel” hiking trail is less than a two-minute walk away. Furthermore, there is a nature reserve nearby, and the Wiehengebirge mountains and the popular Weser Bike Path are also within easy reach.
The other attractions of the spa town are also not far away. The clinics (Bad Oexen, Heart Center), the city center, and Werre Park can all be reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car or bike.

Additional Important Information
- Towels and bed linens are provided. If you need an additional set (e.g., for a longer stay), we’ll be happy to provide it for an extra charge of 5 euros. Weekly towel changes are free of charge.
- Please leave the apartment swept clean. Dishes and silverware should also be clean.
- The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. An ashtray is provided for smoking outside.
- You may occasionally hear our dog Timmy barking. Since he sometimes doesn’t react well to other dogs on his territory, dogs may only be brought along by prior arrangement.
