Each cottage is equipped with a large, comfortable bed and features a dresser for storing your clothes. A desk and a small sink are also included. Each sleeping cabin also has a small patio with cozy seating. Our historic barn is located in the beautifully landscaped garden where the vacation cabins are situated. Here, you can take a warm shower and prepare breakfast, coffee, and other treats in the kitchen. The beautifully designed common room invites you to sit together and relax. Outside the barn, there’s also a large terrace with a cozy campfire pit, where you can wind down at the end of the day and enjoy the special atmosphere. Our charming wooden sleeping cabins offer the ideal retreat for your getaway. At the natural foods store on our organic farm—located just a few hundred meters away—you can stock up on fresh bread, rolls, and bakery items from our own whole-food bakery, as well as delicious organic cheese, fresh fruit, vegetables, and organic wines. In our immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of beautiful places to visit: In just 10 minutes, you can reach the historic Limes, where you can stroll along the Roman Trail through the idyllic forest. Also right on the Jura Mountains, you’ll find the impressive Steinerne Rinne and the Märzenbecherwald. In the nearby Anlauterthal valley lies the beautiful Bechthaler Weiher, with its historic ruin nestled between the slopes of the Jura. The small towns of Weißenburg and Eichstätt are just a short drive away and are also well worth a visit. Lake Brombach is also not far away and offers opportunities for biking, hiking, and swimming. Payment of the total amount is due immediately after booking (before arrival). Payment must be made no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival at Brothof Strauß, Hauptstraße 20 (100 m from the vacation home). Pets are not allowed. The sauna cabin can be used for an additional fee.
