The 2-room vacation home, located on the first floor and upper floor, has approximately 47 m² of living space, divided into 1 bedroom (first floor), 1 bathroom (first floor), a hallway and entryway (on the first floor), 1 combined living room with a kitchenette and dining area (upper floor), and 1 balcony. The apartment includes a directly adjoining balcony and a parking space on the property.

• The living room on the upper floor features a sofa area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio;

• the kitchen area on the upper floor is equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, and dishes,

• a dining area with a table and 3 chairs,

• The bedroom on the first floor features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a sideboard,

• The ground-floor bathroom features a shower, toilet, heated floors, and a towel-drying radiator,

• as a third sleeping option, the corner sofa bed is available for use,

• the floors are covered with laminate and the bathroom with tile,

• Balcony (approx. 11 m²) with a table and garden chairs.



Welcome! We are pleased to offer you two cozy vacation apartments and a charming vacation home in a location in Ahlbeck that is close to the center yet quiet. The apartments were newly renovated in 2010, and the vacation home in 2012, and have been lovingly furnished. The property owners live in the main house, while the vacation apartments are located in the courtyard in a newly designed addition. Each unit features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. In addition, a free parking space is available right in front of the house.
