Dear Apartment Seeker, Would you like to get to know Germany’s second-largest wine region? Or are you looking for a place to stay because work is calling and you need a place to live—even for an extended period—or are you just passing through? I’d be happy to offer you my furnished, fully equipped 67-square-meter apartment in Lachen–Speyerdorf in the beautiful Palatinate region.
You can easily reach this centrally located apartment via the A65 and A61 highways, the Neustadt/Haßloch train station, or by bus (the stop is 20 meters from your accommodation). You’ll also have just as easy access to beautiful Speyer, Deidesheim, Maikammer, Landau, and many more wine-growing towns, which you can also reach by bike or on foot to enjoy the delicious wines and Palatinate cuisine (bikes available upon request)

To ensure your comfort, I want to provide you with a clean place to stay and will charge an initial cleaning fee upon your arrival: from €45.00 to €65.00 in cash, depending on the length of your stay.
The village itself has everything you’d expect from a well-developed infrastructure, such as a bakery, pharmacy, gas station, and shopping options, as well as various restaurants, etc., and a range of sports activities, such as tennis, ... and, of course, hiking in the beautiful Palatinate Forest with its many opportunities to stop for refreshments at rustic huts. Many events await you, such as the Bad Dürkheim Sausage Market, the Andechs Beer Festival in Haßloch, the Neustadt “Weinhäuselcher” to enjoy the NEW wine with “Käschde” (chestnuts), and many other wine festivals throughout the region.
