Family vacation on the Great Jasmund Bodden

The townhouse, which has 5 residential units, is located in Neuhof on the Großer Jasmunder Bodden, offering unobstructed views of the water and situated just about 200 meters from the Bodden.
The townhouse stands on a well-maintained, fenced-in lot of approximately 5,000 square meters, which is available for use by all guests. There’s something for everyone: a large playground with a sandbox, swings, a slide, and a climbing wall; a separate sandbox for the little ones; an orchard; a large pond; plenty of lawn space for relaxation and sports activities; and many spots to linger.
Each townhouse has a separate terrace measuring approximately 14 square meters with a view of the garden and the Bodden, featuring tall hedges on the sides and patio furniture.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
There are a total of four identical vacation apartments or townhouses (Nos. 2–5) next to each other, so you can book them together and spend your vacation with extended family or friends.
Pets are allowed. Please note that additional fees apply for pets.

Each vacation rental, with approximately 60 square meters of living space, has a separate entrance. High-quality tile floors have been installed throughout the apartment, which, combined with the radiant floor heating, create a pleasant indoor climate.
The 3-room apartment for 6 people spans two floors, with a living area, open kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom (or children’s room) with a bunk bed. This bunk bed has three levels/sleeping surfaces (there is another pull-out bed of the same width located under the lower bunk). This means there are plenty of sleeping options for the children, and a parent can even snuggle in with them, since the two lower sleeping areas are wider than the top bunk. In the living room, there is an additional sleeping option on a sofa bed.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
