Welcome to your "Summer House" in Olpenitz. Your detached, 80m² holiday home features a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
The house boasts a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and is very close to the Baltic Sea. Large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere.
In the living area, you can relax on the sofa, read a good book, or watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. On cool evenings, the fireplace provides cozy warmth. The kitchen offers everything you and your family need to prepare delicious meals. A bathroom completes the ground floor.
The bathroom features a window with privacy screen, a shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, and, as a special highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. One of the rooms offers a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), while the second bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds (each 90x200 cm). Both rooms have blackout curtains and insect screens, as well as a wardrobe, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
A travel cot and a highchair are available for our younger guests.
The upstairs bathroom features a skylight with privacy screen, a bathtub, a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and another toilet.
Enjoy the furnished terrace to relax, host barbecues, or simply unwind in the beach chair. Your furry friends are not only tolerated, but warmly welcomed. A parking space is available for your car in front of the house. The house can accommodate 4 adults.
