The vacation home has been furnished in a modern beach house style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can unwind and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. The spacious living area is furnished with comfortable seating and offers you the chance to unwind after a day at the beach. Two flat-screen TVs and a sound system provide top-notch entertainment. For tech enthusiasts, a PlayStation 4 is available—perfect for cozy evenings or rainy days.
Two stylishly furnished bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms are bright and inviting and offer ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds—ideal for families or small travel groups.
The heart of the home is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. With an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The separate kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals together and enjoy them in good company.
The bathroom has also been recently renovated and is located on the first floor. It features a modern shower, and its fresh, bright design creates a pleasant atmosphere. A washing machine is also available, so you won’t have to worry about laundry during your stay.

An absolute highlight of the vacation home is the spacious southwest-facing terrace. Here you can soak up the sun, relax in comfortable patio furniture, or round out the day with a barbecue using the high-quality Weber grill. The terrace is perfectly oriented so you can enjoy the sun’s rays all day long.
A ping-pong table in the garden provides opportunities for sports—a fun diversion for young and old alike. Younger guests won’t be left out either: beach toys are available for free use and invite creative play in the sand. The large lawn in the garden offers plenty of space to relax, play, or simply sunbathe.

The vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac—far away from street noise and the hustle and bustle. Here you can relax in complete peace and enjoy nature. The gorgeous Sehlendorf Beach, known for its fine sand and crystal-clear water, is just 800 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Whether you’re planning a long day at the beach, want to go for a swim, or simply want to enjoy the fresh sea air—the beach is practically right outside your door.
Active vacationers are also well catered for: The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for bike rides, hikes, and nature excursions. You can safely store your bikes in the on-site shed.
