The accommodation is located at approximately 900 meters above sea level on the first floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. The surrounding area is characterized by exceptional mountain, valley, and landscape views, which you can enjoy from the covered and enclosed balcony as well as through the windows. This rural, close-to-nature location also offers quick access to outdoor activities such as hiking, Nordic walking, and mountain biking, as well as exciting winter sports such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding, and downhill skiing. Within just 700 meters, you will find ski lifts, cross-country trails, restaurants, public transport, as well as various cultural institutions and attractions.

The apartment offers 35 m² of living space for up to three people and appeals to both families and couples who value comfort and a homely atmosphere. The apartment, last renovated in 2015, was carefully designed and combines functionality with comfort. The living room and bedroom are carpeted and feature a sofa corner, a comfortable sofa, a dining table with seating, and storage space in a dresser, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet. A 35-44-inch cable TV with international channels provides entertainment.

In the sleeping area, you'll find a total of three sleeping spaces in a double bed and on the pull-out couch. Bed linens are provided, as are towels, and a basic supply of cooking utensils is provided in the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/bathtub combination, a guest toilet, a sink, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, a mirror, and hot water.

The kitchenette is fully equipped: a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, as well as ample dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Thanks to the bread delivery service (only during peak season), every day begins in a particularly comfortable manner. Heating is electric, ensuring a pleasant temperature even in the colder months. Cleaning aids such as a vacuum cleaner and trash can are also provided.

The apartment is expressly designated as non-smoking and child-friendly. Pets are allowed upon request and with restrictions (max. 1 pet). Youth groups are not permitted to ensure a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided for your safety.

Free private parking is available for your convenience. Shops and a supermarket are located nearby (approx. 7 km away). Medical care is available – a doctor, hospital, and ATMs are within easy reach. The train station is also only 1 km away.
