In the garden, you can “follow the sun” from early morning until late evening. Truly brilliant, and the garden is surrounded by unobstructed, open countryside. This is the only way to enjoy it!

Apartment size: approximately 70 square meters, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, and space for a single-person rollaway bed, living-dining-kitchen area with a built-in kitchen, a corner bench with 2 matching chairs, and an extendable table; the kitchen is equipped with the essentials: cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Wi-Fi & TV. Sofa bed for 2–3 people; bathroom/toilet/shower on the first floor & wheelchair accessible

Shortly before your arrival, you’ll receive a numeric code for the key box, including detailed instructions. Since you have unrestricted access to the key box, you’re free to choose your arrival time, so you can arrive even at night without disturbing anyone.
Upon your departure, please be sure to return the apartment key to the key box and turn the combination. Thank you very much!

Patio: 2 garden loungers that can be used as extra beds for a 6th and 7th person (though with reduced sleeping comfort).

Recommendation: Best suited for a maximum of 5 adults with children, ideally with the children sleeping in the double bed and on the sofa bed.

The garden is completely fenced in with a garden gate that can be locked with the same key.

!!!IMPORTANT!!! As a purely private landlord, we cannot issue a FORMAL INVOICE nor show VAT. A later cancellation of the booking on the grounds that “we need a formal invoice” is not permitted; at the very least, a free cancellation is not permitted. Business guests (companies) should please consult their tax advisor regarding this matter before making a reservation.
