The apartment is within walking distance of the Rupertustherme and the city center (10 to 15 minutes). Thanks to its central location, you’re just a short walk from a supermarket with a butcher and a bakery, as well as a NORMA and a Penny store. Bus stops are a 5- to 10-minute walk away, providing access to the entire city area, Thumsee, Inzell, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. It features a cozy living-sleeping area with a dining table, a double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (1.45 x 2.00 meters). The separate kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is brand-new and features a rain shower for relaxing moments. The house is centrally located in a quiet area, and everything is within walking distance, including beautiful hiking trails. A bike storage room, coin-operated washing machines, dryers, and a drying room are available. Free parking is available on public streets.
