Welcome to our "Beach Kids" holiday home – a place where you, as an adult, or with children, can spend an unforgettable and relaxing time. The house is specially designed to meet the needs of families, ensuring everyone has something to enjoy. Thoughtfully furnished, it offers space for families with up to three toddlers or school-aged children and a baby, as well as for grandparents planning a holiday with their grandchildren.
The spacious living and dining area with its integrated, fully equipped kitchen is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows and invites you to enjoy wonderful evenings of cooking with the whole family. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, complete with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You can enjoy the first rays of sunshine early in the morning and admire the magnificent views of the surrounding nature and to the east. Two terraces and the adjacent lawn ensure that you can soak up the sun all day long. The beach is just a short walk away, and the harbor basin is also within easy walking distance.
In the living area, the comfortable sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping space (140x200 cm) if needed. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere with its warm fire. Fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment provide entertainment.
The double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a TV. In the children's room, you'll find a loft bed (90x190 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x 90x200 cm). A cot can be provided for the youngest guests upon request and can also be set up in the master bedroom. A portable changing table makes baby care easier. Toys such as puzzles, games, Lego Duplo, and books ensure that even rainy days won't be boring.
Since relaxation is especially important on vacation, a small wellness oasis awaits you in the bathroom. A whirlpool bathtub, a shower, and an infrared sauna invite you to recharge after an eventful day.
We've thought of everything for our little guests. A highchair, bed rail, step stool, child's toilet seat, and a travel cot are available, so you don't have to overload the car. Outside, you'll find a spacious, lockable bicycle shed and a parking space right next to the house.
