The living room features a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dining area. A glass front approximately 1.80 m wide, consisting of balcony doors, leads out to a large balcony with an unobstructed, sweeping view of the nearby nature reserve.
The living room and the larger of the two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The storage room has a separate electrical outlet, making it easy to charge e-bikes. The building also has an elevator.

Other recreational activities, such as golf, swimming, wellness & sauna, playgrounds & adventure parks, tennis, boating, canoeing, SUP, zoos, climbing parks, and much more are also available in and around Beers.
Fancy a quick break with coffee, cake, or ice cream? Or don’t feel like cooking? In Bederkesa, you’ll find a wide variety of dining options.
If the weather isn’t cooperating, there’s no need to worry. In Bremerhaven, just 25 km away, you can, for example, visit the Klimahaus, the Auswandererhaus, the zoo, or the “Mein-Outlet” shopping center. The Sail-City observation deck is best enjoyed in nice weather. If you’d like to really feel the wind in your face when it’s blowing a bit harder, you can take in the view from the Weser dike or go for a long walk on the beach or through the mudflats in Cuxhaven. For families, a trip to Otterndorf might also be worthwhile. At the swimming lake, various water sports are offered for all ages. In case of bad weather, the indoor playground at the “Spiel- und Sportscheune” offers children a great way to burn off some energy.
During bird migration season, many cranes, storks, and geese stop in Bederkesa to gather before continuing their journey.
Whatever your plans, Bederkesa is the ideal place. Here, they have countless options right on their doorstep or can reach day-trip destinations quickly without being in the midst of mass tourism.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various shopping options, such as two Edeka stores, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, and Rossmann for your daily needs. Every Friday, a small weekly market takes place in the parking lot behind City Hall between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. On every 2nd and 4th weekend, the Landfrauen Markt (Country Women’s Market) in Ihlienworth—about 15 km away—offers all kinds of food, pottery, handicrafts, clothing, and much more, all made by the vendors themselves. In addition, various farms in the surrounding area also offer fresh food and homemade farm-fresh ice cream.
