Great apartment for non-smokers

This top-floor apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has been completely renovated. Non-smokers only, please. The apartment is fully furnished, with a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker (Echo Dot), and a fully equipped kitchen. It is not wheelchair accessible; access is via a narrow spiral staircase. Beautiful, allergy-friendly laminate flooring has been installed. The bright bathroom features a shower, sink, and wall-hung toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in sink and a two-burner electric ceramic cooktop. A refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment is also included. A washer and dryer are provided. The windows can be darkened. Our apartment is designed for two people and long-term stays. Fast, reliable internet is included. All mobile networks have excellent reception here. Guest access: Guests have free access to the laundry room in the basement, which contains a washing machine and dryer. Further important information: Very quiet, yet centrally located in Fellbach-Schmiden. Various shopping facilities (REWE, Netto, bakeries, post office, and various specialty shops) are within easy walking distance. Several doctors, including specialists, are nearby. Naturally, there are various restaurants to suit (almost) every taste and budget. Bus stops (lines 58, 60, and 205) are approximately a 2-3 minute walk away. An art house cinema completes the offerings. From Fellbach, the S-Bahn lines S2 and S3 run towards Stuttgart and the airport, respectively. This provides excellent connections to Stuttgart and the entire central Neckar region. For car traffic, the B14 opens up the Stuttgart area. The A81 and B27 are also quickly accessible by car. Electric vehicles can be charged for a fee in the courtyard using a 230V 10A connection. No cable is provided.
