This charming vacation home—a true hidden gem—was built in 1920 and is an idyllic country villa on West Fehmarn.
With 110 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people and is situated on a fully fenced-in lot. Bright, airy rooms flooded with natural light, soft colors, and historic charm create a welcoming, cozy atmosphere in this summer house by the village pond.
Just be, just unwind. Just come ashore on West Fehmarn, where the island and the sea set the pace.

A small entryway leads you into the house. Inside, a cozy atmosphere awaits you, featuring a separate dining room with a large dining table that invites you to enjoy meals together.
An inviting living room with a TV, two comfortable armchairs, and a cozy sofa is also located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. The bedroom on the first floor features a comfortable double bed; adjacent to it is the bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and window. The house also offers a relaxation room with its own sauna, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi via a modern fiber-optic connection—ideal for streaming, working from home, or simply browsing the web.

Upstairs is another spacious room, furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a crib. There’s also a small sitting area with an additional TV, perfect for cozy evenings.

Outside, there’s a trampoline that promises lots of fun for kids, as well as seating areas that are perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

This house offers the perfect combination of traditional architecture and Danish design—the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends! There are three parking spaces available in front of the house.

From here, you can reach the island’s coastline in just a few minutes.

You can go on beautiful bike rides. The natural beach at Bojendorf/Wallnau is about a 15-minute bike ride away (approx. 4 km).

Shopping options, such as ALDI and EDEKA, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank, and many restaurants are available in town.
