Vacation apartment Hagebutte (120 sqm) - Gasthaus Winkelvoß

Our newly renovated vacation rental is located directly above the inn on the upper floor. With 120 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 5 people (additional guests are possible upon request). The spacious living room, featuring a sofa, TV armchairs, and a large TV, is a great place to relax. Adjacent to it is the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, sink, stove, fridge-freezer, oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker, is perfect for cooking. The vacation rental has three separate bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, and there is a separate guest restroom
. Directly from the vacation rental, you have access to a covered loggia, where you can enjoy relaxing evenings, especially in the summer. Please note that pets are allowed only upon request. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge.

Despite our rural location, we’re very well connected thanks to our proximity to the highway. Birdwatchers, hikers, and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy here, as the Leine Bike Path runs right nearby.



On-site costs: After booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid either on-site or in advance via bank transfer. Payment on-site can be made in cash or with a physical debit card. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5€ per night). Services included in the base rate: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels. Optional services: Garage parking space €5/night, breakfast €8/night
