With nearly 100 square meters of space and two balconies, you can enjoy the evening sun with a cold beer or a glass of wine and end the day with a magnificent view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg, or the Falkenstein castle ruins.
In the stylishly furnished rooms, it’s easy to drift off to sleep, and the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten.
Our attic apartment is located in the Ried neighborhood on a side street—very quiet, central, and the perfect starting point for a bike ride or hike. The Pfronten Steinach ski area is just two kilometers away. Restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, an organic grocery store, and pharmacies are all nearby and easily accessible on foot.

With nearly 100 square meters of living space and two balconies, you can enjoy the evening sun with a cold beer or a glass of wine and round out the day with a magnificent view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg, or the Falkenstein castle ruins. The high-quality, stylishly furnished apartment at Alpenflair features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a bunk bed—a living room with a TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet, providing space for six people.
In the stylishly furnished rooms, it’s easy to drift off to sleep, and the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten.

Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, two bright skylights, towels (large, small; replacement upon request), mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer
Guest restroom: Sink, mirror, towels
Entryway: Coat hooks, bench
Miscellaneous: Cabinet with games, smoke detector available, SKI SERVICE by arrangement, heated floors



On-site costs: A prepayment of 30% of the total price will be charged immediately after booking; the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. A security deposit of 150.00 euros will be charged upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over by arrangement or via a key box. Pets are not allowed. A high chair for children is available on-site upon request. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on-site. For children ages 6–16, 1.50 euros per day per child. For guests 17 years and older, the fee is 2.40 euros per day per person.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
