A private entrance with just four steps leads you into the fully equipped and tiled basement apartment, featuring a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hair dryer, a built-in kitchen with stove, TV, and Wi-Fi, a washing machine, bike storage, and a parking space. A seating area by the garden pond offers a relaxing setting to wind down at the end of your day.
