Our Bavarian country house with three vacation apartments is in a quiet and sunny location. Unobstructed views of the mountain panorama.

Wi-Fi. Storage room for your sports equipment. The Wetterstein and Tenne apartments feature a dishwasher. Crib and high chair available for our youngest guests. Parking at the house. Open year-round.
Included in the price: electricity, water, heat, linens (bed linens, towels). Additional costs: Tourist tax according to the rate schedule.

Upon request, we offer our guests a grocery shopping service before arrival.
Dogs are not allowed in the Wetterstein apartment.

The vacation apartments are located about 300 m from the village square with shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Beautiful walking and hiking trails, as well as the cross-country ski trail in winter, start right nearby. For guests arriving by train, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the Klais train station.
Mountain biking, a popular sport, can be enjoyed here under ideal conditions. Numerous forest roads and trails invite both professional cyclists and casual riders to enjoy varied tours of all difficulty levels and varying durations.

On-site costs: Payment is due in cash upon arrival.Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.The tourist tax of 3€ per person (ages 16 and up) per night, and 1.90€ per night for children ages 10–16, is charged on-site in addition to the base rate berechnet.Im. The base rate includes electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. The washing machine may be used for a fee, subject to availability. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €15 per night; a security deposit of €150 is required for dog owners. Final cleaning fee: €50.00.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
