Our vacation rental in Ellmau offers a well-maintained, cozy atmosphere with great attention to detail and is located in a very central area. 

In the summer, you can set out on foot right from our house to explore one of the many hiking trails around and up the Hartkaiser. Or you can take a stroll into the village of Ellmau and experience the “Bergdoktor” film village firsthand. A real experience for young and old alike. Afterward, join the “Bergdoktor” hike and stroll past all the “famous” locations.

In winter, you’ll experience idyllic country life and top-notch winter fun in Ellmau. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser entices visitors with over 270 kilometers of slopes, and the Hartkaiser toboggan run takes you straight into the village of Ellmau for a world of fun.



“Luise” Apartment - Dorf 39 Annex:

A comfortable apartment furnished with reclaimed wood and built-in furniture in our Dorf 39 Annex in Ellmau. Centrally located with excellent access to the ski bus and, in summer, to the KaiserJet. There is also a pizzeria with a bar and a supermarket right in the building. Two full-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are available.
