Here is a unique opportunity to rent a holiday home (semi-detached house) in Smygehus Havsbad in Skåne for your next holiday.

Smygehus Havsbad with its 41 semi-detached houses is located 1.5 swedish miles east of Trelleborg along road no. 9 towards Ystad in the small town of Smygehamn.

The facility borders the sea with a newly built long jetty and lovely walks along the beach. Close to several golf courses.



The house has a ground floor with a kitchenette and large living room as well as a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor has one large and one smaller bedroom with two beds in each and a toilet.

Most amenities are available. Final cleaning is included. There is also the possibility to add extra beds in the living room on the ground floor.



Adjacent to the houses is the hotel and restaurant of the same name and has a fantastic view. Enjoy a moment in a relaxing environment with plenty of space between the tables and with the sea in front of you. Here, Skåne root vegetables mingle with continental flavours and locally grown salad with exciting spices. The restaurant is open all year round and, for example, has fantastic offers during holidays such as Christmas or Easter and of course during the summer.



During Christmas week, the inn offers a nice Christmas celebration with a Christmas buffet, Santa Claus and a lovely evening menu. However, the inn is closed on 26/12 and reopens on 27/12



The outdoor swimming pool can be used free of charge. There is also a laundry room available (nit available in winter) and it is located in the pool house. For a fee, an indoor pool, spa and gym are available for those staying in the houses.
