The wheelchair-accessible and high-end furnished vacation apartment SORGENLOS is located in Villa Olga, right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Grömitz in Lübeck Bay.
Fresh rolls are available on the first floor, right at the bakery. Additional shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach is just under 400 meters away.
Access to the building, as well as to the vacation rental, is barrier-free via elevator. The vacation apartment itself is equipped with wide doors, grab bars in the restroom, and a walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The living area, with its open kitchen and kitchen island, meets the highest standards.
To keep the apartment pleasantly cool on hot days, it is fully equipped with exterior roller shutters; and to stay comfortably warm on cold days, simply use the underfloor heating in every room. Children are well taken care of, too, thanks to a high chair, children’s tableware, and a handcart. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are standard features.
In addition, the SORGENLOS vacation rental features a large south-facing balcony with an awning.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable storage room.
Whether it’s for a short, carefree getaway or a long vacation. Sometimes even the briefest moment is enough to awaken a longing for the Baltic Sea air and the cries of seagulls. Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family!

We were and are very satisfied with the vacation rental! It was simply wonderful to wake up to the smell of fresh rolls. Location, amenities, surroundings—everything was truly great! The only “drawback” for us personally was the mattresses, which were much too hard for our liking.

The vacation rental is top-notch! The amenities and furnishings are great. There’s nothing really missing. Great location—right in the heart of town. It’s also only about 500 m from the beach promenade. Also very well suited for wheelchair users. This is a truly wonderful apartment. The entire building is very clean and well-maintained. Very friendly property managers. Great staff. We’d love to vacation there again.

The apartment was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. As a wheelchair user, I had no trouble getting around. (Shower, toilet, balcony,...) I also particularly liked the information folder, which included details on recreational activities, shops, doctors, and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and welcome.
