Impressive!!! Loved it...

Impressive!!! I can't believe how incredibly blessed I was to find this quaint little 800sq ft Tuscan Villa Cottage!!! It has everything you could need for an extended stay!!! Clean, well kept, and Evelyn was amazingly friendly and helpful!!! It's close to a ton of local restaurants and shopping. I never worried, this location and the Villa is very quite, comfy, and safe!!! I definitely recommend this Villa if you are coming to the Ft Bragg area, and will try to stay here again!!! ~Dawn L.

One Week Stay

Love love love this place. So comfy, quiet and very clean. Never seem a place as clean as this. Mrs. Evelyn was so nice and made sure our stay was the utmost importance. I will be booking the studio again in the future!

Cozy Cottage

I stayed at the Tuscan Village Cottage for about 6 months while working in the Fayetteville. It is in a great location; safe neighborhood and very close to shopping and dinning. I would often go for long runs throughout the neighborhood without incident. The cottage also met my every need; it is fully furnished, spacious, has tons of storage, is very quiet, has a nice courtyard, came with everything I needed for cooking/baking, and had a security system for additional protection. Additionally, the cottage has a private entrance and is fenced in. Needless to say, my every need was taken care of. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to spend time in Fayetteville.

Wonderful!

I stayed at the Tuscan collage studio for several months while I transitioned to a new job in Fayetteville. It was perfect! Evelyn, the owner, thought of everything--iron, dishes, linens, coffe pot, and other household items. I only had to bring a suitcase. It was like home away from home. A private landscaped courtyard was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The bed was amazing. And, the neighborhood was great for walking. I would definitely recommend as an alternative to short term hotels or apartments. The studio was quite spacious and safe.

Beautiful and Absolutely Wonderful!

I stayed at the Cottage for 3 1/2 months during the Summer of 2014 for a Military Obligation. The Owner provided me with a monthly check for Breakfast to make my stay comparable to the local hotels. I absolutely loved this idea. The Bedroom was very quiet and bedding very comfortable. I found the Cottage very safe with its own security system. I enjoyed running and walking in the neighborhood which is so cute and well cared for. The Owners are so sweet and accommodating. My family visited and loved the Cottage as well. My commute was convenient to work every morning, only 10 minutes. I found the location very convenient to Fayetteville Restaurants, Shopping and Auto Services. I highly recommend this Cottage for your stay and would stay here in the future! Thank you to the Owners for being so Awesome!

Amazing Place to Stay!!

I was very pleased with your cottage. Everything was great, I was very comfortable. It was SO much better than staying in a hotel! I wasn't lacking anything, you provided everything I needed. I really appreciate the fact that you went out of your way to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you so much! As far as how it compares to other rentals, I don't really know because I haven't stayed anywhere else yet. But This is one of the best rentals I've stayed in, during my time in the Army. You did a great job!

Home Away From Home!

WOW! We read about this cottage online, but did not know the full beauty until we walked through the doors. The beauty, and cleanliness of this cottage is just the beginning, as it is conveniently located to nearby shops, and more importantly, Starbucks! It is a private retreat as we only saw the owners minimally. When we did see them, they were very pleasant, and more than hospitable. With it's high speed internet, and comfortable setting, I was able to work, and my wife was able to rest. This cottage provides it's own entrance into a secured environment, which offers an experience simply impossible to attain with hotel rentals. We can't wait to get back to our Home Away From Home!

Beautiful Tuscan cottage

This fairy-tale cottage rates more than excellent. Everything about it is tasteful, immaculate and comfortable. The property is situated in one of the best areas of Fayetteville, amidst beautiful lawns and plants and very quiet yet only minutes away from shopping malls, restaurants and cinemas. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to return to this lovely little cottage.. Visitor from Portugal

CLEAN!

This is the cleanest place I have seen or stayed in! The cottage is such a cozy place and very quiet. It felt like home and a place I could stay for extended periods if need be. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Huntington Park is Fayetteville's prime location with beautiful shade trees and flower gardens. The quiet, idyllic setting will give you safe and peaceful rest day and night.
This Cottage was build with unique features like custom Italian style decor, nontoxic and hurricane resistant materials and special noise reducing foam insulation. Some of our past guests have said that they felt like they are on a vacation in Italy.

Compared with overcrowded and noisy hotels or furnished apartment buildings, this quiet and cozy Cottage is completely private, extremely quiet, all inclusive and exceptionally clean.
Fayetteville is a transient City and safety has to be ours and your main concern.
The cottage is surrounded by a privacy fence, house door and security door with double locks even though the Cottage is located in Fayetteville's best location with a Police station just walking distance to Sycamore Dairy Rd.
You will also enjoy the whisper quiet Mitsubishi heating and air unit in your little house which you will set at your desired temperature upstairs and downstairs.
This A/C unit is so quiet and efficient that it will not interrupt your sleep.
The cottage is professionally cleaned after each guest and then personally inspected for cleanliness by the owner to ensure your complete satisfaction.
