You’ll feel completely at home in the new, charming, and lovingly furnished “Erzgebirgsnest” vacation rental. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet and friendly residential building in Annaberg-Buchholz. Access is via a private parking space directly in front of the entrance and is almost at ground level—no stairs to climb. A bus stop is located right next to the building. From there, you can walk directly to the market square and the famous St. Anne’s Church, among other places.



Apartment, shower, toilet:

The apartment features a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a small kitchenette, and an adjoining living area with a cozy leather sofa and a large TV. The decor delights with a mix of traditional elements (e.g., a historic, restored dining table) and modern comforts.
Please note: The bedroom is charming but small. There is sufficient space on the sides to get out of bed, but not an abundance of it.
However, the bed (2 separate mattresses and box springs) is comfortable for two people. 



On-site costs: The guest must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price seven days after booking. The remaining 80% of the total price must be transferred no later than seven days before arrival. Check-in is by arrangement. Check-out is no later than 12:00 p.m.Keys are provided via a key safe. The code will be provided to you one day before arrival. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €1.80 per person per night will be listed separately on the total bill. Included: electricity, water, heating, and final cleaning. The total price shown includes final cleaning.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 12:00.
