Our young family-run business is brought to life by three generations on our “Rottaler Vierseithof.” Tradition and a love of nature are our top priorities. With our vacation homes, we want to offer you the opportunity to relax and be close to nature—both inside our chalets and all around you. Quiet yet centrally located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Bayerbach, in the heart of the Rottal Spa Triangle, our chalets at the Duschl-Hof offer the perfect home for your relaxing vacation. Whether cycling, playing golf, going for walks, or enjoying wellness and bathing in the thermal spa region—decide for yourself how you’d like to spend your time, surrounded by the vast fields and wooded hills of “Lower Bavarian Tuscany.” Relax in our newly built “Chalet am Zwetschgenbaum.” It features a large open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The bedroom furniture, made of Swiss stone pine, ensures a restful and healthy night’s sleep. In addition, two high-quality sleeper sofas in the living area provide space for 4 additional guests. Relax on our spacious wooden terrace in the Softub hot tub and feel right at home with us, “Dahoam,” at the Duschl Farm. Payment is required in advance. Overnight rate includes statutory VAT and final cleaning (120 EUR), plus a visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person per night. Check-in 15:00 - 18:00; check-out 08:00 - 10:00. Cribs, high chairs, and changing pads available upon request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all chalets. Each chalet has its own Softub hot tub on the terrace. Free private parking is available at the property. Electric vehicle charging station available for an additional fee. E-bike rental available upon request for an additional fee. There is a code for the door. Pets are not allowed. Children 6 years old and younger stay free of charge.
