The Baltic Sea beach is just 10 meters away, allowing you to enjoy swimming, walks along the water, and a variety of recreational activities along the coast practically right outside your door. Shopping options and the town center are just about 400 meters away on foot, offering convenient amenities and access to other local attractions.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living and dining area that’s connected to the living room through the open layout of the fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as dishes and silverware. A practical dining table is also provided, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

A modern bathroom with a shower (high step-in), toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer rounds out the amenities.

Located on the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 through September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can play a game of table tennis.

There is an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. There’s also a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.
