You’ll stay close to nature in a well-maintained and modern Scandinavian setting. Terrace, large, well-kept lawn for sunbathing and playing all around, and plenty of free parking right by the house. In winter, there’s a toboggan run right in front of the houses. Sleds and snow discs are available.
Right on the swimming lake, you’ll find a cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine and two bowling lanes.
A bakery is within walking distance (1.2 km away); supermarkets (REWE, EDEKA, ALDI, PENNY, NETTO) in Olbernhau, 8 km away.
Border crossing to the Czech Republic at Olbernhau–Grünthal, 11 km away.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 100 euros will be charged after booking. Your booking becomes final upon timely payment. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out should be completed by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us to arrange this. We will leave your house key in a key safe at the vacation home. You will find the access codes in your booking documents, which will be provided to you (depending on how you booked) either directly by us or through your booking portal. A crib is available free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €25 per house. The visitor’s tax for the town of Olbernhau (information available at https://www.olbernhau.de/gaestekarte) ) will be charged in advance along with your booking.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
