This superb 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level features a furnished south-facing balcony offering a view of the Baltic Sea. The small entryway, featuring a coat rack and a mirror, leads to all the rooms in the apartment. On the left is the bedroom, which includes a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV; blackout pleated blinds are installed on the windows. The next room houses the shower room, which features a toilet, sink, mirror, and a window. To the right of the hallway is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The built-in kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area separates the kitchen from the living room. Here you’ll find a sofa set and an armchair with a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system. If needed, the fold-out bed (90x200 cm) in the living room can be used. The south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and offers a great partial view of the lake, perfect for enjoying sunny hours. The beach is a 5-minute walk away via Birkenweg.
