The relaxation begins the moment you approach Seehaus for your stay, even before entering it. Your vacation starts as soon as you ascend the winding dune path framed by heather and wild roses, catching sight of the thatched-roof house. Its unique round construction blends seamlessly into the landscape, as if it grew directly from the dunes. The North Sea waves crash just beyond the dune, the air smells salty-fresh, and seagulls welcome you with their calls. Everyday life, stress, and haste magically fade away.

As you enter Seehaus through its typical two-part "Klönschnacktür" door, the interior is as tasteful as the external impression promises! The round organic construction creates a relaxed atmosphere. From the first minute, you feel at home, whether you are on vacation as a couple, with friends, or with family.

And the car? You can confidently leave it here! The beautiful sandy beach of Rantum and the North Sea are just a short walk away. The Wadden Sea on the east side is also quickly accessible. Rantum, with only 600 meters, marks the narrowest point on the island. Many renowned restaurants, such as "Strandmuschel," "Samoa," "Söl’ring Hof," or "Sansibar," are in close proximity. The bakery, a small supermarket, and the village center of the charming Friesian village of Rantum are just a stone's throw away.

Seehaus - a rounded affair

Ground Floor:
For many vacationers, Seehaus has such a magical appeal that they may not want to leave. With 120 m², it accommodates up to four people. The tasteful furnishings are the perfect mix of chic design classics and selected antiques. Lots of wood and bright maritime colors create North German coziness. In winter, you can spend cozy hours by the fireplace in the living room, and in summer, the enchanting terrace, surrounded by romantic wild roses, entices with cozy spots for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and relaxing in a beach chair.
In addition to the spacious, round living room (25 sqm) with a fireplace, TV cabinet, a dining, and a lounge area, there is a small, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and gas stove on the ground floor. The cushioned window sills in the living room, with fluffy pillows, are a special highlight, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the magnificent view of dunes and wild roses with a cup of tea in hand.

Upper Floor:
The master bedroom on the upper floor offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. Here, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night and start the day with a view of the sea in the morning. A second, small room is right next door and is perfect as a study with a desk. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also on this level.

Basement:
In the basement, there are two more rooms with a total of four additional sleeping options, ideal for use as children's rooms, for example. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer are also available.
Of course, wellness is not neglected at Seehaus! The private sauna in the basement offers the opportunity for a relaxing sauna session at any time. And how about a refreshing dip in the North Sea or a nap in the beach chair afterward? A vacation at Seehaus is simply a rounded affair!
