From your apartment, you can reach the center of Westerland in just a few minutes – only about 8 minutes' walk separate you from the bustling Friedrichstraße with its beautiful boutiques and various restaurants and cafes. The expansive beach is within walking distance in just 7 minutes, and the Sylter Welle leisure pool, the train station, and shops for daily needs are nearby. Therefore, you can leave your car safely in the parking space that belongs to the apartment!

After enjoyable cooking, the round dining table with comfortable swivel chairs invites you to socialize. Through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows, you have a view over the rooftops of Westerland while enjoying your meal!

The sleeping area radiates a comfortable, cozy atmosphere due to the exquisite wall design. You'll want to sink into the handcrafted double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) from the luxury brand Schramm immediately – here you will sleep soundly after eventful vacation days! The practical built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space and storage for your luggage.

The highlight of your Sunset Loft holiday home is the large covered west-facing balcony, where you can relax on warm days in the lounge furniture or enjoy the magnificent sunsets with a drink in the evening. From your outdoor room, the view extends over the rooftops of Westerland to the dune! On cooler evenings, the large, stylish, and above all cozy sofa and the armchair in the living area invite you to relax – perhaps for an entertaining TV evening? A modern flat-screen TV with a swiveling screen also makes it possible to enjoy your favorite series comfortably from bed.
