Fully furnished 65sqm in the beautiful Ahr valley.

Looking for a large balcony? Ours is 20 square meters with plush artificial turf, complete with a table, chairs, cushions, and a parasol. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Cozy apartment, completely renovated at the end of 2024, featuring exterior roller shutters, air conditioning in the bedroom, a Stressless recliner for a reading nook, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher,
coffee pod machine, range hood, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee and tea for the first morning, a shower and sink in the bedroom, and a private entrance in a quiet location within a 30 km/h zone, yet very close to Ahrweiler’s Old Town, with a supermarket, bus stop, the Red Wine Hiking Trail, and the Weinhaus Bunte Kuh restaurant all in the immediate vicinity.
We have two beautiful male cats, which are not allowed in the vacation rental.
We—Lukas, Doris, and Heinz-Peter Bier—run a small winery as a side business without a wine tavern or similar establishment. We have a tasting room on the property where you can sample the wines and see their quality for yourself.
