The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the covered terrace with a fireplace, you can enjoy a view of a small river.

In the large garden (1,000 square meters) for your exclusive use, you can relax by the fireplace or set out on a bike ride along the adjacent bike path to the nature adventure park or to Friedrichstadt (approx. 2 km).
The Accommodation

Ground Floor: New bathroom with a bathtub and
walk-in shower, new kitchen, dining room with a large dining table for 6 people, and a spacious living room with 3 sofas.

Upper floor: Two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) (all with new top-rated mattresses and adjustable firmness levels). Another bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a crib (70 x 140 cm).

Four private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Bicycles you bring with you can be locked up in the storage room.

There is an electric car charging station about a seven-minute walk away.

Bed linens and towels, as well as basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, are provided.
